Customer Interaction: Clearly explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to customers in a way they can understand, ensuring they feel confident in the services provided. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an automotive technician, with strong mechanical diagnosis and problem-solving skills. Certification: ASE Certifications are a plus but not required; we value experience and a willingness to learn.
