ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full-time Billing and Shipping Coordinator for our West Nyack office location. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist with billing and shipping coordination for patient therapy orders. This role supports daily operations by ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipment of therapy supplies, and clear communication with both internal teams and patients.

Hourly: $21/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review patient therapy orders for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with billing entry, verification, and follow-up as needed
• Coordinate shipping of therapy supplies, including label creation and tracking
• Communicate with offices regarding order status, shipping updates, and basic billing questions
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and billing activity
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of orders
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical billing, or shipping/logistics preferred but not required

Schedule:

Monday: 7:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday: 7:30am-5:00pm

Wednesday: 7:30am-5:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
