Essential Duties
• Meet/Exceed Budgeted Sales Goals- closing new business • Prospecting- identify new prospects through canvassing the market via in-person meetings, cold calling, networking and current and former client mining • Develop strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals • Generate proposals/bids based on revenue metrics, and at a pace designed to meet budgeted goals • Project Management-navigate the entire sales process through close, and work with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve targeted revenue goals • Consistently update CRM and all internal communication tools, provide accurate and timely reporting as required • Problem Solving/Solution Creating- communicate regularly both internally and with customers to resolve issues and develop solutions that maintain project timelines and retain efficiencies
