What You’ll Do

• Champion regional sales strategy and execution, partnering with cross‑functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Inspire, develop, and coach sales professionals to reach their full potential.
• Build and nurture executive‑level customer relationships, positioning Edmentum as the leading provider of technology‑enabled learning solutions.
• Ensure effective use of sales systems, tools, and CRM for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Oversee regional budgets and resources, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic objectives and drive company growth.
• Take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education (preferred).
• You have at least seven years of direct sales experience.
• You are an experienced sales manager in education or technology.
• You excel at developing and maintaining executive‑level customer relationships.
• You are skilled in CRM software and sales forecasting.
• You are a strategic thinker with strong systems orientation.
• You are a superior leader and team builder.
• You have deep knowledge of educational trends and requirements.
• You are highly organized, results‑oriented, and proactive.
• You have excellent judgment, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• You are adept at leading and managing change.
• You have strong business acumen and a commitment to Edmentum's mission and values.
• You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role: $140,000—$160,000 USD
