Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Corrections (Medical) | Region 6 Payrate: $45-$50 an hr Location: Grafton/Columbia Station, OH 44028 (On-site) Job Type: Contract (W2) | 13 weeks (possible extension) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week | Must be flexible (currently targeting 2nd/3rd shift) About the Role We’re hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care in a secure correctional medical setting. This is a fast-moving environment that requires strong clinical judgment, reliability, and comfort working with strict security protocols. Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care, assess/monitor patient symptoms, and document progress Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed Make rounds, record vitals, and support patient care plans Perform procedures as applicable (may include IV therapy, wound care, oxygen therapy, dialysis support, CPR, tube feeding, catheterization, suctioning, phlebotomy, etc.) Support training/orientation and collaborate with clinical staff Required Qualifications Active Ohio RN license (in good standing) BLS/CPR certification (current) Ability to work any shift/hours as needed (schedule changes may occur) Strong attendance and punctuality (must be ready on the unit at start time) Ability to pass required screening (background, drug screen, etc.) Benefits Benefits available to eligible full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year (per plan rules) Apply Now If you’re an Ohio RN who can work full-time and stay flexible with scheduling, apply today.
