ABOUT THE ROLE The Key Holder partners with Store Management to achieve sales results by supporting a positive team environment and guest-focused business. WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF YOU
- Analyzes results, identifies opportunities, and makes decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators.
- Support leading team through change and challenges.
- Teaches and trains to build capabilities.
- Support team performance through coaching and feedback.
- Plays supportive role in implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives
- Actively participates in action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Exhibits a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and inspires by example.
- Represents the brand and understands the competitors.
- Promotes community involvement to drive band awareness and loyalty.
- Deliver a frictionless guest experience.
- Ensures all compliance standards are met.
