Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Representative

We’re hiring friendly, motivated, and outgoing Entry-Level Retail Energy Savings Representatives to help customers learn about energy efficiency programs, utility savings opportunities, incentives, and conservation initiatives .

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, retail workers, customer service professionals, and anyone looking to start a career in customer engagement, community outreach, energy efficiency, or sustainability.

No previous experience required — paid training provided!

What You'll Do

Engage with customers in retail and community locations
Explain available energy-saving programs and potential benefits
Answer basic customer questions and provide program information
Help customers understand available options and next steps
Support community outreach and public awareness campaigns
Record customer interest and inquiries when applicable
Work with your team to achieve outreach goals
Follow program guidelines and company procedures
Provide friendly, professional customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and dependable
Positive, motivated, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
Goal-oriented and team-focused

Experience in retail, customer service, sales, marketing, promotions, hospitality, or community outreach is a plus, but not required .
