We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience, but extensive machine operating experience is not required. Training will be provided

Pay: $20.00 per hour 

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned production machinery and equipment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Load raw materials or parts into machines
• Monitor machines during production
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Identify obvious defects or production issues
• Properly label finished products
• Maintain basic production and quality records
• Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized
• Return tools and equipment to designated locations
• Communicate machine, safety, or quality concerns to a supervisor
• Work closely with other team members to meet production goals
• Follow production schedules and adapt to changes when necessary
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned
• Work overtime when required

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn how to operate production equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull as required
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment
