ERP Transformation Manager (D365 F&O)

Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Document end-to-end processes across procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report Design comprehensive solution architectures, including system integrations, data management, and application security Run business validation and UAT: design cross-functional test scenarios and execute test scripts Partner with the team to build the implementation plan and track milestones Evaluate and recommend D365's built-in AI capabilities to improve efficiency Drive change management through training and process documentation Ensure ERP-supported processes hold up to internal controls and company policies Push for configuration over customization Requirements 7+ years in finance, accounting, or operations 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O Experience in CPG, DTC, or retail operations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications (preferred) About the Company Gr%s provides comprehensive nutrition through nutrient-dense gummies.
