As a key medical provider, you’ll oversee clinic services and procedures, including patient assessments, medication management, and hands‑on treatments in areas like weight loss, medical aesthetics, hormone optimization, and wellness therapies. You’ll also provide leadership to clinical support staff and collaborate with a dedicated team to create a welcoming, upscale environment that prioritizes extraordinary patient experiences. Ideal candidates will have: Knowledge of GLP‑1 weight loss protocols and hormone therapy, or a strong interest in learning these approaches Experience or willingness to train in male and female sexual wellness therapies and advanced aesthetic techniques A passion for patient‑centered care and measurable outcomes Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a compassionate approach A record of meeting or exceeding patient retention and satisfaction benchmarks We offer a supportive work environment with ongoing training and mentorship, opportunities for career growth, and incentives tied to clinic performance.
