Ensure a safe environment by providing security services, patrolling premises, monitoring access, and responding to threats. Investigate and document incidents, maintain emergency preparedness, assist staff and visitors, and report problems or equipment issues. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. One Or More Of The Following Preferred BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles. Law Enforcement. Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc. Security Professional. Education High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
