Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Medication Management: Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting dosages as needed while providing education on medication management to residents and their families.

Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.

Family Communication: Maintain open communication with family members to address concerns, provide updates on patients’ progress, and build trust and transparency.

Qualifications:

Current NP License: Possess a valid and current Nurse Practitioner license.

Master's Degree in Nursing: Hold a Master's degree in Nursing, demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical skills.

Experience in Geriatrics: Prior experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting is preferred. Experience in vent is required.

Excellent Communication: Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
