Junior Business Analyst / Data Engineer

Location: Madisonville, OH (Onsite 4 days per week)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential extensions)

Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Data Engineer to support a large financial institution. This position will be responsible for designing and constructing scalable data management systems, supporting data acquisition initiatives, and ensuring data solutions align with business requirements and industry practices. Responsibilities

• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems.
• Support the development of scalable data solutions and data acquisition processes.
• Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate project updates and findings to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Madisonville, OH.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Data Engineering.
• Experience presenting information and communicating with stakeholders.
• ETL experience.

Compensation

$25.00/hr to $30.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
