Ensuring all dogs have updated vaccines and paperwork and that you meet your monthly KPI.
Making appointments.
Keeping the front desk organized.
Collecting information from groomers and bathers and add notes and correct prices to each clients profile.
Selling retail products to meet monthly KPIs.
Telling clients about the referral program.
Making sure that any clients waiting on their dogs feel comfortable and are offered a drink.
Keeping the lobby hair free and smelling great.
