Express Employment is excited to announce we have partnered with Cooper Standard in Bowling Green, OH! Looking for production associates on all shifts!

As a Production Operator, individuals will be responsible for working in a team atmosphere. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Producing quality products in accordance to standard

• Performing efficient set-ups, changeovers and production runs

• Learning and cross-training others on production processes and procedures

• Using Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Concepts to improve efficiency

• Troubleshooting and implementing changes to best meet the customers' needs

Skills/Education/Experience:

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-pace position

• Ability to read and write fluently

• Must have basic computer skills

• Positive attitude and the willingness to learn new processes

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, Full Time

Work Environment/Work Conditions:

• Eye and Hearing PPE is required

• Safety shoes are also required
