Client Service Supervisor
Crane Worldwide Logistics
Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities Quality Focus Problem Solving Resolving Conflict Ability to Multi-task Physical Requirements Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Minimum seven years industry experience required Minimum five years supervisory experience required
