Registered Nurse - RN Saint Elizabeth Home | Long Term Care | East Greenwich, RI NEW Increased Pay: $42.50 - $50.50/hour (based on experience) PLUS Additional Shift Differentials $2/hour for evening shift & $5/hour for night shift PLUS option for Enhanced Pay without benefits Full Time or Part Time Day, Evening & Night Shifts Available What You'll Do a Registered Nurse - RN: Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development. Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.
