Title: Bilingual Field Recruiter Compensation: $63,000 - $69,000 per year What You’ll Do Partner directly with Operations and Human Resources to address staffing needs Own the frontline recruiting strategy for the assigned site/region Run high-volume job fairs, conduct interviews, extend offers Administer background and drug tests where applicable Travel as needed to support regional staffing Who We’re Looking For People-driven and thrives in interaction Highly organized to manage multiple events, jobs, and sites Strategic and always seeking to improve site staffing Bilingual in Spanish (or French) This Role Matters This position is essential as a brand representative who will be the first interaction of potential and incoming frontline workers, ensuring a world‑class hiring experience through proactive, engaging, and detailed communication. Job Overview The HR Staffing Specialist (Field Recruiter) will partner with Operations and HR Field to understand hiring needs, support staffing efforts, and assist in onboarding new hires from start to finish. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement recruiting best practices for sites in need Schedule and lead staffing calls for sites with urgent hiring needs Track open positions in specific regions and maintain them in the applicant tracking system Prescreen, interview, hire, and onboard frontline employees as required Manage confidential information for non‑exempt employees Coordinate background, drug test, and other new hire approvals with HR Field Train management in interviewing and hiring process Conduct wage surveys to determine competitive rates Collect, analyze, and communicate recruiting statistics by region Report supported sites to manager, HR director/manager, and corporate initiatives weekly Continually improve recruiting strategies Support transitions and travel for recruiting efforts when needed Assist with internet‑based recruiting strategies Coordinate job fairs or hiring events per request Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover Work on site or in SBM office as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualification Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid driver’s license may be required Strong knowledge of recruiting, HR processes, and data analysis Experience with applicant tracking systems and background checks Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills Benefits SBM offers comprehensive benefit packages.
