UNDERGRADUATE RECRUITER (TEMPORARY)

As a Recruiter you will support and enhance our talent acquisition efforts across the U.In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including technicians, engineers, project managers, sales professionals, and corporate roles while also helping to build strategic sourcing pipelines, enhance employer branding, and support general HR initiatives.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and hire top-tier talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
Post and optimize job listings across platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, etc.
Build relationships with schools, universities, and professional networks to grow our talent pipeline.
Represent Ford AV at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).#Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR functions (preferred).#Familiarity with ATS platforms and online job posting best practices.#Strong networking abilities with a focus on relationship-building.
