Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Louisville Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves coordinating academic support services, including scheduling tutoring and test preparation sessions, maintaining communication with instructors, students, and families, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Academic Coordinator helps align curricula and instructional materials with student needs, tracks student progress, and compiles data to inform instructional decisions. Responsibilities also include assisting with outreach and enrollment processes, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating with leadership to refine academic programs and student support systems. Qualifications Background in Education and experience supporting student learning across different ages and academic levels. Skills in Curriculum Development and the ability to align instructional materials with standards and student goals. Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with students, families, and instructors. Experience in Academic Advising, with the ability to guide students on course selection, test preparation, and long-term academic planning. Research skills to analyze student performance data, evaluate instructional strategies, and inform continuous improvement. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping. Comfort with technology tools for virtual communication, data tracking, and learning management systems. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred; prior experience in tutoring, test preparation, or school-based coordination is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equitas Prep
