\n\n • Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Ambulatory Surgery Center\n
\n\n • Schedule: Full-Time (Schedule to be discussed)\n
\n\n • On-Call Expectations: 1:6 Call Rotation\n
\n \n\n PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE\n
\n\n • Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics\n
\n\n • Average Daily Volume / Census: 38–40 patients per day\n
\n\n • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes\n
\n\n • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Ophthalmology including Cataract, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics, Medical Retina, Pediatric, and Cornea\n
\n \n\n FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS\n
\n\n • EMR System: Cerner\n
\n\n • Specialty Backup: Established referral base from primary care network\n
\n\n • Support Staff: 2 Ophthalmologists, 2 Optometrists (including low vision specialist), dedicated technicians and scribes\n
\n\n • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multispecialty group\n
\n\n • Reason for Opening: Growth\n
\n \n\n CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE\n
\n\n • Board Requirements: BC/BE in Ophthalmology\n
\n\n • DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required)\n
\n\n • Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies\n

\n\n • Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians\n
\n\n • Additional Requirements: Interest in comprehensive ophthalmology practice\n

\n\n • Provide comprehensive ophthalmologic care across a broad range of conditions\n
\n\n • Perform surgical and non-surgical eye procedures\n
\n\n • Collaborate with optometrists and multidisciplinary care teams\n
\n\n • Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults\n
\n\n • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation\n
