Proficiency in English (speaking and reading). Visual acuity: 20/20 vision with or without the aid of an assistive device. Ability to view and distinguish between a variety of colors on a computer screen. Required Technical Skills: Proprietary case management system. CT Scan review. CT Scan segmentation. Specialized software. 3D Anatomical Bone Models. Pre-Operative Surgical Planning. Digital Bone Models. Robotic Surgery. Total Hip Replacement planning. Total Knee Replacement planning. Documentation. Uploading pre-operative plans.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce. Materialise MIMICS. Adobe Photoshop. Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI). College-level anatomy course completion.

Preferred Certification: Certification in Nursing or a related field.

Summary: The Senior Representative is responsible for creating high-quality pre-operative plans by reviewing and segmenting CT scans, developing 3D anatomical bone models, creating surgical plans for robotically assisted total hip and total knee replacement procedures, ensuring accuracy, documenting activities, and meeting departmental production targets.

Responsibilities: Create cases using a proprietary case management system. Review CT Scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol. Segment CT Scans using specialized software. Create 3D Anatomical Bone Models. Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans. Develop plans for robotically assisted Total Hip Replacement. Develop plans for robotically assisted Total Knee Replacement. Review CT segmentations for accuracy. Review surgical plans for anatomical landmark selection. Review implant sizing and positioning. Upload completed pre-plans to field-based personnel. Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures. Follow work instructions exactly. Meet team and department production targets.
