Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based speech-language evaluation and intervention
• Experience with teletherapy platforms highly valued
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized IEPs and therapy plans
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, in person or via teletherapy, as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school district requirements
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and school-based multidisciplinary teams
• Stay informed about best practices and new developments in the field
