Coach and mentor Onboarding Compliance team members Assist Onboarding Compliance Supervisor in supporting the team by answering questions and assisting with escalations Back up an Orientation Compliance Specialist, as needed Conduct file pre-qualifications as requested by recruiting Assist with quality control checks Contact applicants to obtain missing application information Maintains confidential information and records Ensure applicants meet USX hiring guidelines and DOT regulations by reviewing and ordering reports such as MVR, PSP, DAC, Asurint, Driver IQ Pre, etc. Verify background information including driving record, employment history, and convictions Investigate and address any discrepancies with driver history or driver application Review driver medical cards and drug screen results to determine eligibility Ensure that contents of driver files are complete, up to date, and in the correct order Evaluate driver files to identify potential disqualifiers and notify management Work closely with Recruiting and Driver Orientation departments to complete the evaluation process within the 3-day orientation period Procure or obtain necessary consumer reports and releases Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience 2years in training and/or logistics/supply chain management Experience in the transportation industry preferred Skills/Certifications Excellent oral, written, andorganizational skills Basic computer and office skillsrequired; experience with Microsoft Office suite Ability to multi-task andconsistently meet deadlines Good judgment and problem-solvingskills using critical thinking Peer-to-peer coaching Ability to work in a fast-paced,high-volume environment Highly motivated, self-starter Ability to quickly adapt tochanging regulations and guidelines Motivatedto achieve results Team player with stronginterpersonal skills Work Environment / Physical Requirements – Normal office settings.
