Restaurant Assistant Managers

Little Caesars Assistant Manager $12.00-$16.00 per hour. 48 hours per week (includes 8 hours overtime). Do you want to help run a restaurant and have the opportunity to grow into running your own? We now invite you to consider joining our family. Responsibilities Team supervision: Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and managing the restaurant staff. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure smooth operations. Customer service: Uphold excellent customer service standards and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Operational support: Help maintain operational efficiency by ensuring compliance with food preparation procedures, safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and company policies. Inventory management: Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring stock, and placing orders to maintain adequate supplies while minimizing waste. Sales and profitability: Work with the store manager to drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability through effective cost management and upselling strategies. Qualifications A Little Caesars Colleague must be at least 16 years of age. Dependable, hardworking and the ability to handle pressure situations and stress. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others. You can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. The ability to understand and follow directions and instructions. The ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Someone that loves to cook and eat pizza!
