Small Projects Administrative Assistant

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Small Projects team. This role is essential in coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely billing, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process T&M and bid project billings
- Enter and code AP invoices; manage credit card payments
- Dispatch service calls and assist with scheduling manpower
- Maintain job boards, job files, and inventory records
- Apply for permits and assist with payroll and timecards
- Support tool tracking, training coordination, and license renewals
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
