Senior Agile Coach

Salary: $46,800 - 227,136 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• We prefer an Agile certification such as ICAgile, CEC, SPC, CSP, or PSM.
• We require 8+ years of experience leading Agile transformations or coaching organizations through Agile adoption.
• We need experience implementing Product or Capability Operating Models in complex environments.
• We need experience coaching senior leaders, product organizations, and cross-functional teams through organizational change.
• Professional services or consulting experience is preferred.
• We value hands-on knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, product-centric delivery, Agile operating models, and continuous improvement practices.
• We expect experience with executive coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, workshop delivery, organizational change, and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• We need the ability to tailor Agile frameworks to organizational needs while balancing governance and delivery goals.
• We need the ability to influence without authority, build practical operating models, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• We require strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• We partner with TDIO leadership to establish and mature the Capability Operating Model.
• We define scalable Agile ways of working aligned with our culture, governance, and strategic priorities.
• We design and refine playbooks, templates, planning frameworks, operating cadences, intake and prioritization models, RACIs, metrics, and dashboards.
• We streamline processes while improving transparency and organizational agility.
• We create practical approaches, templates, and coaching guidance that help Capability Owners build and mature effective capability backlogs.
• We work with Learning & Development and Change Management so Agile guidance, training, and communications stay aligned to the Capability Operating Model.
• We coach teams through phased Agile adoption, including starting with Kanban and progressing toward Scrum or hybrid delivery approaches.
• We coach Capability Owners, Agile Leads, and Capability Teams on Agile principles and product-centric delivery.
• We help leaders move from project-based delivery to outcome- and value-based delivery.
• We facilitate prioritization, roadmapping, capacity planning, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
• We coach servant leadership behaviors and strengthen Agile capability through mentoring and workshops.
• We observe team cadences and ceremonies and provide practical coaching.
• We improve planning, backlog refinement, board walks, reviews, retrospectives, and other team practices suited to each delivery approach.
• We assess team maturity and recommend pragmatic improvements and delivery metrics appropriate to each stage of adoption.
• We identify organizational blockers and work with leadership to remove them.
• We encourage experimentation and ongoing improvement.
• We develop reusable templates, guides, and standards.
• We create training materials and facilitate workshops.
• We recommend meaningful delivery and outcome metrics appropriate to each level of team maturity.
• We partner with PMO, Product Management, Architecture, and Delivery leaders.
• We stay current on Agile, Lean, product management, organizational design, and delivery practices.
• We collaborate with Learning & Development to curate role-based learning paths.
