In this position, you will be own our digital marketing strategy. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in all aspects of digital marketing with a background in the automotive industry. Overall Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and management of the agency's digital media initiatives including establishing the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the overall marketing strategy. Provide strategic planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engine marketing, display advertising, onsite SEO optimizations, email marketing initiatives, programmatic marketing, paid social and 1st party data re-targeting, video and mobile advertising across multiple client accounts or any other strategy as technology and options increase over time. Serve as the lead for planning, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, as well as management/oversight, and direct collaboration with representatives of all 3rd party digital classifieds and lead providers in the automotive space. Work closely with our digital marketing partners and vendors to ensure that the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organization’s broader digital strategy and efforts. Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization. Develop and lead the implementation of the longer-term data and analytics capability, in consultation with the relevant marketing and business leaders. Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies. Work with other team members to hit organizational goals and objectives. Prepares and manages digital marketing reports and presents them to dealership management. Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets with a focus on campaign conversion optimization, high-quality traffic optimization, organic conversion optimization, and many other KPIs to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints. Manage all Mark Miller Subaru web properties making updates, new websites, website changes, and purchasing and implementing new URLs as needed or directed by management. Manage digital lead funnel conversions and adjust strategy as needed to increase sales conversion rates. Manage new and used car inventory feeds and all related branches to ensure inventory is correctly displayed across all online platforms. Work in-office within a small, collaborative Marketing team. Assist with Marketing events outside of traditional work hours- nights and weekends (schedule will be flexible to adjust for when help is needed at events). Attends weekly meetings. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum BA/BS degree in Digital Marketing or similar academic field with a strong academic record, and/or 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
