Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator for a 10 months+, long-term contract role with a consumer goods company based in Westchester County, NY.

• Pay Rate: Hourly wage + access to comprehensive contract benefits
• Schedule: 35 hours a week
• Work Style: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) following initial on-site training

No direct experience? We will train! If you are highly organized, analytical, and possess administrative experience, the manager is open to training the right candidate.  Ideal experience (however open to training)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, administrative capabilities, and proactive follow-up skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word); familiarity with ERP systems or database tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the department with organizing documents related to compliance regulations.

• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure all consumer products meet standard federal and state safety regulations.

• Partner with third-party laboratories to schedule and track product testing.

• Maintain accurate compliance records and audit-ready documentation within internal database systems.

• Work closely with internal teams to keep product launch timelines on track.

• Perform basic material scans on pre-production samples using specialized analytical equipment (training provided).
