Key Responsibilities:- Conduct meticulous inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify adherence to rigorous quality standards and specifications.
- Perform visual and physical assessments along production lines, promptly identifying defects, inconsistencies, or deviations.
- Review and approve product samples prior to mass production, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to guarantee compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Document and report inspection findings accurately, including discrepancies and necessary corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality.
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
- Support training and mentorship of new QC team members, fostering a culture of quality awareness.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and assist in implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in quality control or manufacturing are desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of industry safety regulations and standards.
