Sales Rep - Property & Casualty

Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Rep - Property & Casualty for a Direct Hire opportunity in the Dallas/Plano, TX area. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory. Manage leads, outreach, follow-up activity, and pipeline updates through a CRM platform. Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations for prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal team members. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions. Travel quarterly within the assigned territory, approximately 25%. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Uncapped recurring commission potential. Hybrid work environment in Plano, TX. Required Qualifications and Skills Prospect and develop new business opportunities across an assigned sales territory. Manage sales pipeline activity, leads, and client communication through a CRM system. Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations with prospects. Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. 2+ years of business development, sales, or related client-facing experience. Experience using CRM systems. Texas Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain one within 120 days of hire. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Consultative sales approach with the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Ability to travel quarterly within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications HubSpot CRM experience. Active Texas Property and Casualty License. Experience selling insurance, risk management, mortgage industry solutions, or business services. Prior experience in a recurring revenue or commission-based sales environment.
