Client Manager - Neoclouds

The Client Manager / Client Executive is the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of neocloud and AI-native customers, including GPU cloud providers, foundation model companies, and AI infrastructure platforms. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer success, and acting as the strategic bridge between customers and internal teams across infrastructure, operations, finance, and product. You’ll work closely with some of the fastest-scaling companies in AI, helping them secure, expand, and optimize mission‑critical infrastructure while navigating rapid growth, tight timelines, and evolving technical requirements. Responsibilities Act in a consultative fashion and receive consistent positive feedback from internal and external engagements. Assist in managing complex customer relationships, leveraging HPT (High Performance Team) to achieve sales goals. Develop relationships with Partner/OEM Technical Specialists and Business Units. Demonstrate competence in identifying and engaging appropriate partners as part of customer engagement and technical solution design. Leverage senior team members to increase knowledge of best practice and success stories. Qualifications Direct experience with neocloud, GPU cloud, or AI-native customers. Direct experience working with AI ecosystem partners such as NVIDIA, Dell, SuperMicro, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Nokia. Familiarity with data center infrastructure, power and cooling constraints, and interconnection ecosystems. Experience working with venture‑backed or hypergrowth technology companies. Salary range: $140,000–160,000 + commission. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
