Executive Administrative Assistant An Executive Administrative Assistant for a Laboratory plays a specialized role, balancing high-level corporate operations with the specific regulatory, logistical, and safety demands of a lab environment. The individual will work under the executive team and lab manager. What you'll do: Act as the point of contact between the laboratory and clients Assist in all administrative functions of the laboratory Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, routing correspondence, and scheduling Assist in all administrative functions of the Laboratory- Invoices and Inventory Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, schedule specimen pickup, take messages and routing correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders Produce reports, presentations and briefs Assist with Operational and Regulatory tasks of the Laboratory.
