This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities. Starting at $21.00 USD per hour Job Responsibilities Provide general administrative support in daily office functions. Create and manage customer invoices meeting daily and monthly goals. Receive and process check and credit card payments. Set up and maintain customer account information. Create and implement team building and community outreach activities. Perform monthly credit card reconciliations. Upload contract documents to company website for review and final agreement. Contract liaison between customers and staff to ensure documents are submitted w/all signatures and deadlines are met. Job Requirements Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills. Comfortable working independently and with a team. Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Billing experience (preferred) and AR/AP experience a plus.
