Events and Ministry Coordinator (Offsite, Part-Time)

Events and Ministry Coordinator – Part-Time This is a part-time, paid position serving one apartment community in Fort Worth, TX, near Bentley Village-Waterchase . Position Details 8 hours/week at $21/hour Work primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends Plan and host 2–3 events/workshops monthly focused on community engagement, wellness, enrichment, and stability Connect residents with local resources for housing, food, and other needs Partner with local businesses and community organizations Communicate with onsite staff and the Apartment Life supervisor Track activities and submit monthly impact reports Responsibilities Develop programs with corporate, government, and nonprofit partners Organize educational workshops for adults and youth Support residents and connect them with helpful resources Ensure activities run smoothly Meet weekly with the supervisor to review goals and programs Submit monthly reports Required Qualifications 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Bachelor’s degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services Strong communication and listening skills Basic computer and English writing skills Availability for evening/weekend activities Current driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform required physical activities Ability to commit to the required service term Preferred Qualifications Spanish bilingual skills Experience with at-risk populations or event planning Budget management and social media experience Network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners Applicants may submit a resume or LinkedIn profile, but these are not required.
