Lead Cytotechnologist -Anatomic Pathology
Qualifications
Education: Baccalaureate degree in Biology, Medical technology, or closely related field with one (1) year of training in an accredited cytotechnology program. Baccalaureate degree in Cytotechnology. Must meet and maintain the qualifications for personnel performing high complexity testing as outlined in CLIA 88 regulations. Must have current Florida Licensure in Cytotechnology, ASCP preferred. Must possess a current license as a State of Florida clinical laboratory supervisor or be qualified to obtain within six (6) months.
Experience: Five (5) years' experience in a cytology laboratory as a cytotechnologist.
