Here’s what your day will look like: CUSTOMER INTERACTION : Greet customers with professionalism and build strong relationships. PROBLEM-SOLVING : Provide clear, accurate information and smart solutions. PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS : Work on sanitary sewer lines, kitchen and bath drain lines, and more. EXTERIOR EXCAVATION : Perform digging with hand tools and excavators. PROMOTE OUR BRAND : Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our stellar reputation. PHYSICAL TASKS : Lift up to 50lbs and perform various other physical tasks as needed. WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR AVAILABILITY : Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays. PROFESSIONALISM : Strong communication skills and customer rapport. CUSTOMER SERVICE : Passionate about delivering great service and building lasting relationships. ENERGY & MOTIVATION : Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed. PHYSICAL ABILITY : regular heavy lifting. LICENSE : Valid driver’s license required. Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift, transport and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. May also come in contact with sharp, hot, and/or very cold supplies and equipment Exposure to the smells associated with sewer and water Safe and courteous driving at all times Exposure to the sounds associated with power tools, dust, and other debris. Work is performed in residential homes and service may be performed in confined areas. Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, and reaching is required Ability to be trained and effectively use an electronic tablet to conduct business Work both indoors and outdoors Exposure to very hot or very cold temperatures Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations Employees may be exposed to moderate levels of noise and wildlife - birds, rodents, etc (living and/or dead). Wear safety attire, such as goggles or other protective clothing Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting Work in high or elevated places Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding Will work around exposed contaminants. Experience/education: High school diploma or equivalent.
