Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Eclectic Logistics supports drivers with flexible lease-purchase flatbed roles in Janesville, WI. You will operate quality flatbed equipment, manage load securement and tarping, and complete deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Secure flatbed loads and transport freight following best practices.
• Conduct thorough pre/post-trip and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with DOT and company standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch and leverage 24/7 support.

Pay is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own option to reach ownership within one year. Fleet examples include 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner. The role is pet/rider-friendly and includes a 90-day test drive.
