Staff Nurse - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We offer flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts with competitive hourly rates $32.25/$34.75/hr and additional differentials for shift type and weekend work. Our onboarding includes comprehensive training to help new graduates launch their nursing career. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry Current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers Ability to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements An ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care to our residents in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed. Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments. Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physician orders to assure optimal health care. Complete daily charting for care provided. Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants and case managers regarding resident status.
