Titan Injury Care is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. We are a multi-disciplinary pain management clinic. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. The days we mostly need is Monday's and Tuesday's. Responsibilities:

· Triage patients by obtaining vital signs, documenting medical history, and preparing them for their visit with the provider
· Assist providers during patient examinations 
· Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized work environment
· Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
· Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed
· Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
· Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned
· Complete any documentation, scanning and referrals before end of day
· Responsible for obtaining accurate inventory and submitting it to appropriate manager

Qualifications:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish (Not Required)
· Medical Assistant experience preferred
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
· Reliable, professional, and compassionate
