You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.ResponsibilitiesGreet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming mannerProvide superior customer service to current members and prospectsCheck members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questionsWork as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brandCreate 2-3 social media posts per weekCreate content for a monthly newsletterRequirementsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer serviceWeekday afternoon shift availability (3pm - 7:30pm)Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendlyPassion for health and wellnessStrong follow-up and organizational skillsCompensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourMost people know you only use 10% of your brain.
