Registered Nurse - Inpatient Behavioral Health - Per Diem

Boston Medical Center – Brighton is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence‑based care in our inpatient behavioral health setting. Job Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in the inpatient behavioral health setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education. Communicate with health‑care team members, patients, and families. Coordinate and delegate patient‑care activities to inter‑professional colleagues. Update and manage patient records. Enter and interpret computerized data. Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization. Assist the leadership team with quality improvement projects. Job Requirements Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Diploma, ASN, or BSN (preferred). Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years. 1+ year of inpatient behavioral health RN experience. Certification in basic life support (BLS). Experience with electronic health records preferred.
