- Overtime: Must be available for overtime when needed, including weekends .
Job Summary:
Partners Personnel is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operators to join a major logistics and distribution facility in Monroe Township. In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to support warehouse logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers to pick, stage, and store parts and materials.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movement accurately.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections on machinery to ensure proper safety and maintenance compliance.
- Assist with manual load consolidation, palletizing, and wrapping as needed.
- Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker is required.
- Dependability: Strong track record of punctuality and excellent workplace attendance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended shifts and weekends for required overtime.
- Communication: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
