Hospice Social Worker — Family Support & Bereavement

Hireez is seeking a dedicated Social Worker in Miami, Florida to provide essential social work services in the Inpatient Unit. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have a license to practice in Florida, along with experience in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, providing counseling, and developing treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
