PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN – VA Providence Healthcare System – Providence, RI The Providence VA Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team and serve the men and women who have served our nation. Position Highlights & Responsibilities Comprehensive Primary Care: Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient management plans. Multi‑Disciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) including an RN care manager, LPN, clinical pharmacist, psychologists, and social workers to deliver coordinated, wrap‑around care. Education & Mentorship: Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other learners, fostering the next generation of clinicians. Integrated Support Services: Work in a system that provides seamless access to social work, travel assistance, housing, and pharmacy services‑without the hassles of pre‑authorizations or multiple formularies.
