Program Support Specialist / Admin Assistant

Job Description At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we are seeking a Program Support Specialist to support our Early Childhood Outreach program in Roanoke, VA with EHR maintenance, billing support, and outreach efforts. Your Role As a Program Support Specialist on the Early Childhood Outreach team, you will record meeting minutes, manage office supplies, enter data into our EHR, assist with claims and billing, prepare program materials, and support outreach efforts that directly impact families. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with opportunities to work remotely some days each week.
