This role ensures that all goods meet company standards and specifications before they are accepted into inventory or used in production./ppWhat youll do:/pulliInspect and test materials and components according to established procedures and specifications./liliDocument inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings./liliIdentify, report, and quarantine non-conforming materials./liliCommunicate with internal teams regarding quality issues and discrepancies./liliSupport root cause analysis and corrective action processes for supplier-related defects./liliAssist in the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality standards./liliEnsure compliance with safety and quality regulations./li/ulpWhat youll bring:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred./liliExperience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment is an advantage./liliFamiliarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)./liliBasic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)./liliStrong attention to detail and good documentation skills./liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications./liliGood communication and teamwork skills./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to stand for extended periods./liliAbility to lift and move materials as needed./li/ulpAdditional Details:/pulliLocation: Waukesha, WI/liliWork Schedule: Mon day through Friday onsite per week./liliVisa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the foreseeable future./li/ulpINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
