This role reports directly to the Compliance Manager and regularly collaborates with the onboarding and operations departments. What’s in it for you (benefits will vary if not hired for full-time permanent): Paid training/onboarding Great potential for career advancement Work in an inclusive, caring, and values-driven environment Make a critical difference for children, families, and educators Weekly hours: 40 per week (Required Overtime, which includes weekend hours, 6 weeks out of the year) Shift: 13:00 - 22:00 EST (12:00 - 21:00 CST, 11:00 - 20:00 MST, 10:00 - 19:00 PST) The successful applicant will be: Inspired by our mission and values Able to exhibit our comprehensive-level company competencies (review by clicking here) Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Comfortable navigating multiple technological platforms, systems, and data sources Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation quality Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism Strong in follow-through, organization, and administrative consistency Comfortable identifying missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information and proactively following up for resolution Comfortable conducting high-volume phone calls, texts, and administrative outreach Able to balance repetitive process work while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail What you’ll do: Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of approved driver files to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant Ensure compliance records are properly stored, maintained, and retained according to company policies and retention requirements Perform quality control reviews of incident and accident documentation and follow up on missing, conflicting, or incomplete information Verify that applicable evidence and supporting documentation related to incidents has been properly collected and documented Review ongoing monitoring alerts and ensure appropriate escalation and documentation occurs Support compliance-related driver offboarding activities, including records updates and unenrollment from monitoring systems Conduct outreach to eligible former drivers to support rehire and retention efforts Facilitate virtual trainings for new and returning drivers as needed Respond to compliance-related inquiries and expedite issues when appropriate Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Recruitment, and Onboarding teams Perform other duties as assigned Qualified applicants must have: At least 2 years of experience in compliance, onboarding, operations, administrative support, quality assurance, or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Comfortable conducting high-volume calls, texts, and administrative outreach Ability to navigate multiple systems, spreadsheets, and platforms simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment At least 1 year of remote work experience High school diploma or GED Laptop with working camera and microphone Preferred qualifications: Experience working with Fountain Experience in transportation, safety, compliance, onboarding, or records management Experience working with Fountain or similar systems About Us: Our purpose is to enable every person to access the opportunities they deserve.
