Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Weekends required, 9am - 8pm Compensation: Commission Only Qualifications:

• 1 years previous Automotive Management experience required, 2 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Experience with standard CRM and DMS systems.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
• Assists in hiring new sales consultants by participating in the interview process and collaborating with the GSM, GM, and Sales Managers. Provides input on candidates.
• Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Ensures proper staffing at all times, steps in as needed.
• Closes deals when necessary.
• Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.
• Monitors CRM, prospect tracking and follow-up.
• Assists in development and implementation of improvement programs for sales consultants who are struggling to reach their objectives.
• Manage and maintain high ratings in customer reviews for themselves and sales consultants.
• Recommends training, coaching, performance improvement plans, warnings, and dismissals for sales consultants to GSM.
• Displays, merchandises, and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
