Experienced Automotive Technician - Specializing in Land Rover, Mercedes, and BMW

Are you a skilled and experienced automotive technician with a passion for precision and performance? Do you have a proven track record of excellence in servicing Land Rover, Mercedes, and BMW vehicles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at West Coast Overland.

Position: Experienced Automotive Technician

Location: Portland, OR

Specialization: Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your advanced diagnostic skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in Land Rover, Mercedes, and BMWvehicles.
Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Repair and Restoration: Execute complex repairs and restorations on various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical components.
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of repairs and offering recommendations for preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working specifically with Land Rover, Mercedes, and BMW vehicles.
Certifications: Relevant certifications and qualifications in automotive technology or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Land Rover, Mercedes, and BMW systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex automotive issues.
Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
